Quick Overview: Zyvo connects students looking for silent academic spaces with verified study library owners in Hyderabad. By using the platform, you agree to respect academic silence standards and facility guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Zyvo (zyvoapp.in), submitting waitlist forms, or reserving monthly study desks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Marketplace Role

Zyvo functions as a discovery, verification, and reservation marketplace. Zyvo verifies space facilities (including tested Wi-Fi speed, air-conditioning hours, and desk allocations) to ensure transparency. Physical facility rules, discipline, and daily housekeeping remain under the authority of the respective study space management.

3. Academic Silence Non-Negotiable

Zyvo spaces are designed for intense academic focus (competitive exams, professional research, coding). All occupants must adhere to the pin-drop silence code in designated reading halls. Phone conversations, loud music, and disruptive discussions are strictly prohibited in study zones.

4. Monthly Reservations & Cancellations

Monthly reservations submitted via Zyvo carry zero brokerage fees for students.
Seat confirmation is subject to space management desk allocation.
Cancellations requested before desk possession/move-in incur zero platform penalty.

5. Acceptable Use & Security

Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to platform administration, flood APIs with bot traffic, or harvest competitor or member listings. Any scraping or brute-force activities will trigger automatic IP blacklisting and reporting.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
